INTERNATIONAL USERS
Our Services are operated in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States. Our Services are designed specifically for users residing in the United States or Canada. If you are not a United States or Canadian resident, you may not use the Services.
HOW WE PROTECT AND STEWARD YOUR INFORMATION
We take the security of your information seriously and have implemented robust physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Our information security program is designed to align with the Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 framework, focusing on the highest standards of security and confidentiality.
Access to user information within our SaaS Services is restricted based on role and business need, consistent with the principle of least privilege. We implement encryption in transit using industry-standard protocols and at rest by default for supported cloud services, network security controls, and monitoring designed to protect sensitive information.
Because our solution is designed for the secure storage of information for your benefit, we do not sell or process your data for third-party purposes. While no security system is impenetrable, we utilize industry-standard encryption and monitoring to maintain a resilient environment to protect your data. We encourage users to play an active role in security by protecting their login credentials, as the safety of your information also depends on the security of the devices and networks you use to access our Website. For a comprehensive look at our security protocols and our audit roadmap, please review our Security Statement.
We are currently in the process of formalizing these internal controls in preparation for an independent SOC 2 Type 1 audit.
HOW WE RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for other legitimate business purposes, including compliance with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.
For SaaS account data, we generally retain information until you request deletion, subject to the exceptions described above (e.g., legal, security, or legitimate business retention).
HOW WE TREAT INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF THIRTEEN
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”) requires us to inform parents and legal guardians (“parents”) about our practices for collecting, using, and disclosing personal information from children under the age of 13. Our Website and SaaS Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal or other information from anyone under the age of 13.
If we discover that we have collected information from a child in a manner inconsistent with COPPA, we will take appropriate steps to either delete the information or immediately seek consent for that collection.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Privacy Policy and update the “Last modified” date.
